Tasty Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

Yields 4 tacos

INGREDIENTS

4 white corn tortillas

1 1/2 cups skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed

3/4 cup fresh corn, cooked

1/4 whole red onion, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 lime, juiced

Optional: Freshly-sliced avocado

Optional: Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the tortillas. Add the chicken, corn, red onion and fresh cilantro to each taco. Then, sprinkle with lime. Serve with sliced avocado and/or sour cream for added flavor.
