Tasty Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

- 4 white corn tortillas
- 1 ½ cups skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- ¾ cup fresh corn, cooked
- ¼ whole red onion, diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ½ lime, juiced
- Optional: Freshly-sliced avocado
- Optional: Sour cream
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the tortillas. Add the chicken, corn, red onion and fresh cilantro to each taco. Then, sprinkle with lime. Serve with sliced avocado and/or sour cream for added flavor.
