The Starborough Cucumber Fizz

What’s more crisp, lively and refreshing than a Starborough Cucumber Fizz cocktail? We sure can’t think of anything. Mix it up and serve this bright, bubbly treat with the summer heat.

Ingredients:

Serving Size: 1
  • 4 oz Starborough Sauvignon Blanc
  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 mini cucumber, sliced
  • Top with club soda
  • Mint leaves to garnish (optional)

Instructions:

In a tall glass, stack ice and cucumber slices. Add the wine, elderflower liqueur and simple syrup, then stir to mix. Top it off with club soda and, if you’d like, garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
